The ever so talented musical juggernaut, Fernando Tarango, is at it again, harking back to simpler times with his rendition of You Are My Sunshine. Fernando has been a professional musician since the age of 10, has traveled the world and performed and worked with various Grammy-Award winning artists. He returned back to his hometown of Fort Wayne to be near his family and further pursue his independent music career by helping the local arts scene flourish. He is a songwriter, producer, composer, actor, teacher and also a Healing Artist for Parkview Hospitals. In his first week he was playing for the children’s floor when he was asked to sing this song for a family with a very sick newborn.

As an expecting father, the song’s simple poignancy resounded through the room and when asked by the family to record it, he had to oblige and recorded the song as simply as he could: acoustic guitar and voice. We hope you enjoy the simplicity of a well sung lullaby.
